Another New Indicator – The SuperTick

The release of the new indicators is still close. The data issue was not able to be resolved by Friday with live data, so I decided to create this new indicator. There already is a $TICK related indicator in the package, but this is an idea I had over 20 years ago, before ZoneTraderPro.

So I took it live trading (not SIM) on Friday. I did not have the setup that I showed in the video, or what is in the chart below. That is going to matter. It was a net 10 points in about 10 minutes of trading. The only full loss had a clear warning sign, but the indicator was not painting background, was not setup with the flow ribbon code, and the chart was setup differently, which is part of the reason I missed it. As you can see from the chart it was also late in that selloff, and I had missed the first 20 points.

Then I had to leave for the doctor. When I returned home, I analyzed what I had missed, changed the code. The pattern idea which produces the arrows was also found Friday and think I created a better indicator.

The idea here is this. It may look like a lot is on the chart. It's really not, and everything that is important is on my one main chart in front of me.
